On est des bikeuses ou on ne l'est pas !

Après deux jours à Ubud, nous avons décidé de partir explorer l'île en motos. Nous en avons donc loué deux, pris notre carte routière, acheté une parure anti-pluie (eh oui, c'est la saison des pluies en ce moment!) et avons pris la route pendant cinq jours.

Nous avions laissé nos gros sacs à dos à l'auberge où nous dormions et sommes parties avec le strict minimum. Cela nous a permis de faire le tour de l'île, à notre rythme et de nous éloigner un peu des sentiers battus.

Les paysages traversés étaient magnifiques et l'accueil local des plus chaleureux !

Are we riders or what !?

After 2 days in Ubud, we rented motorbikes to explore the island. We had 2 for us 3, took our map, bought big raincoats (it's the monsoon season) et we left for 5 days.

We let our big backpacks in the hotel to bring only the necessary. It was better not to have obligations of going back to a certain place, like this we had more time and free to go anywhere we wanted. And the best was to be able to go away from the touristic places by taking only the small roads. We went through amazing landscapes and the locals were always so helpful and nice to us.
